王正东，纵远联行设计机构合伙人，在刚刚揭晓的人居住房设计奖（2023-2024）全国榜单上，王正东及其团队凭借匠心独运的作品“简理”脱颖而出，荣膺大奖。“简理”项目以莲花为灵感源泉，将自然和谐、纯净雅致的美学融入现代居住空间，构建出既能承载生活功能，又能触动居住者内心情感共鸣的理想之家。

The new Chinese style of Eastern aesthetics has a charm that is quiet, fresh, and elegant. It does not accept too much noise or follow fixed routines. While continuing elegance, it also incorporates the characteristics of the times, thereby highlighting the cultural temperament of the owner.
家所呈现而出的不仅仅是生活的美学，更是主人精神内核和生活方式的表达。The home presents not only the aesthetics of life, but also the expression of the owner's spiritual core and way of life.
为了解决原始结构带来的困扰，我们在入户处采用了分离式的功能隔断，隔断中间位置透过镂空可以看见餐厅及厨房的延伸，简单的弱化了空间区块的封闭感，使得空间更具有链接和创意，与此同时也很好地保留了空间做为鞋柜的原始功能。In order to solve the problems caused by the original structure, we have adopted a separate functional partition at the entrance. The extension of the restaurant and kitchen can be seen through a hollow in the middle of the partition, which simply weakens the sense of closure of the space blocks, making the space more connected and creative. At the same time, it also preserves the original function of the space as a shoe cabinet.
客厅南北走向有着足够宽大的空间，因而在一番考虑以后我们决定做成茶室和会客厅的双厅结构。沙发背景墙用木色温润的胡桃木板做背景衬映，云卷云舒的岩板更是画龙点睛。The living room has a sufficiently spacious north-south orientation, so after careful consideration, we have decided to create a dual hall structure of a tea room and a meeting room. The sofa background wall is set off with warm wood colored walnut boards, and the cloud rolling and comfortable rock slabs add the finishing touch.
石质和木性，柔与刚、动与静之间赋予空间灵动的生命力，提炼宁静与安逸的环境和谐之美。家具选用明式家具一线呵成、线条秀气的款式，使整个空间添了几分轻微又细腻的宁和心境。明式家具作为一种载体，进入了文人的生活世界，他们借家具的榫卯木纹来寄托内心所思与人生情怀。The combination of stone and wood, softness and rigidity, and movement and stillness endows space with a dynamic vitality, extracting the beauty of tranquility and comfort in a harmonious environment. The furniture adopts a style of Ming style furniture with neat lines and delicate lines, adding a slight and delicate sense of tranquility to the entire space. Ming style furniture, as a carrier, entered the life world of literati, who used the mortise and tenon wood grain of furniture to express their inner thoughts and life sentiments.
电视背景墙用简化的中式通花造型作对称的屏风背景，古铜色不锈钢线条粗细交错，并从中透着隐约可见、温润遒劲的白色纹理天然大理石，铺垫了精致典雅般的空间基调。
The TV background wall is designed with a simplified Chinese floral design as a symmetrical screen background. The antique copper stainless steel lines are interwoven in thickness, and a faint and warm white texture of natural marble permeates through it, laying a delicate and elegant spatial tone.
客厅天花板在屏风尽头以弧形处理，将方正的屏风折角与弧形天花相结合，方圆之间，尽显中式之美。原始户型的室外阳台并入室内，打造成休闲品茶区，一片梦幻帘纱，泛起一室的涟漪和诗意，如禅韵集雅.The living room ceiling is curved at the end of the screen, combining the square screen corners with the curved ceiling, showcasing the beauty of Chinese style between the square and circular areas. The outdoor balcony of the original layout has been merged into the indoor area, creating a leisure tea tasting area. A dreamy curtain and veil create ripples and poetic atmosphere in the room, like a collection of Zen charm and elegance

Residential Housing Design Award
人居住房设计奖是由中国贸促会商业委员会和上海国际设计周主办，倡导“让住房不只是筑房”，将居住空间的美学与实用摆在首位，重新定义空间之美。通过发掘国内实用性与设计性兼具的优秀居住空间作品，汇聚室内设计领域对“家”的艺术有独到领会的设计师，为全国优秀的居住空间设计力量提供发展平台。
一、参评对象
1. 在2024年9月30日之前竣工的居住空间项目的设计师均可报名参评；
2. 参评的设计师必须属于/服务于在中国合法注册并存续的企业或机构（包括在中国香港、中国澳门、中国台湾注册成立的企业），设计师的性别、年龄、国籍不限。

评审专家按照该奖项不超过参评总数20%的入围2024人居住房设计入围奖。

评审专家从所有获得“人居住房设计入围奖”的榜单中评选出前10名晋级2024人居住房设计提名奖

人居住房设计提名奖十强将参加2024年11月27-30日在上海国际设计周-中国设计师嘉年华同期举办的2024人居住房设计奖全国总决赛，评审专家依据现场最终得分高低产生人居住房设计奖全国榜金奖1名，银奖2名。
